Throughout the years, we have observed that people often carry their personal struggles into their workplace or school environment, which can have a negative impact on their performance. We firmly believe that no one is truly ineffective, but rather they may be broken. Unfortunately, we often see broken teachers instructing broken children, broken parents raising broken children, and children growing up with unresolved issues. While this is not the case for everyone, it is a common occurrence.
Our goal is to help individuals discover their purpose and overcome their difficulties to become the best version of themselves. We provide coaching services to help individuals cope with their challenges and become more effective in their daily lives, whether it be in their homes, religious communities, or places of work.
We understand that it can be challenging for students to learn when their teachers constantly remind them of their personal struggles. Similarly, it can be difficult for educators to teach when their students bring their personal challenges into the classroom.
